We are pleased to announce that we have resumed shipping services to the United States via USPS. We apologize for the temporary suspension caused by recent changes to U.S. customs regulations and appreciate your patience and understanding.

To make the delivery process as smooth as possible for you, we have updated our shipping process to handle customs duties.

What's new for U.S. shipments via USPS:

• Taxes and duties are included in the shipping fee: The new shipping fee has increased from $20 to $25, representing a $5 increase per shipment for U.S. orders, it will now include all applicable taxes and customs duties. This means you will no longer be contacted by the shipping carrier for a separate payment, and there will be no surprise charges upon delivery.

• Smoother and faster delivery: By handling the customs charges in advance, we can ensure a more streamlined and efficient customs clearance process.

What's new for U.S. shipments via FedEx/DHL:​

• Taxes and duties are NOT included in the shipping fee: FedEx/DHL will collects taxes at the time of delivery, or sends an invoice shortly after for duties, taxes, and a disbursement fee, as they pay these to customs on the receiver's behalf.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. ended the "de minimis" exemption, which previously allowed duty-free imports under $800. This required us to update our procedures to comply with the new rules, but we are confident this revised process will offer you a better shopping experience.
