What currency do I pay in?

The currency is US Dollar.

​The item I purchased is now on sale, can I have money back?

No. The prices stated on the website at moment of purchase is the price that applies. When finalizing your order, you accept the price.

Do you ship to my country?

​Very likely, we ship to most countries in the world, just use the dropdown at the checkout to find your country.

Where is my order being shipped from?

We ship all orders from Vietnam.

How much do I pay for shipping?

The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country and shipping option, we offer free shipping for domestic.

How is my order shipped?

We provide reliable worldwide shipping through our primary logistics partner, SG Link. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, your package will be delivered as follows: 

• Standard Shipping: Your order is initially processed by SG Link and then transferred to your Local Post Office (USPS, Royal Mail...) for final delivery to your doorstep.

• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, your package is also processed by SG Link and then transferred to Express shipping company such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are packed with paper recycling box, wrapped outside with plastic.​

​Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can adjust/revise it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.​

 

​When do I receive my order?

Normally, it will takes 15-25 business days for Standard Shipping and 7-15 business days for Express Shipping. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened. Please be aware that bad weather and customs procedures can occasionally cause unexpected delays beyond our control.

Can I track my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Tracking updates occur in two stages: 

1. Initial Shipment: Once sent, an email with your SGLink tracking number will be issued via the PayPal system.

2. Local Delivery: After a few business days, you will receive a second email with your local postal tracking number as the package enters your local network. 

Note: For US shipments, your USPS tracking number is updated immediately upon dispatch.

What happens if I do not receive my delivery? 

Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to Mỡ Corner is not a legitimate return. 

​You will be charged a cost $50 for administration and return shipping.
This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

What happens if I refuse to pay additional taxes and duties?​

If you refuse to pay additional taxes and duties, the package will be returned to the carrier and send back to Vietnam.  We do not accept refunds if you refuse to pay for customs fees/tax duties.

I didn't pick up my order and now it has been sent back, can you send it again?

We can not send it out again. Your order will be refunded, with a deduction for shipping and handling costs. If you wish for your order to be sent out again, please put down a new order.

Can I return an item I bought on sale periods or Outlet Items?

No. The items purchased during sale periods/sale price or from outlet stores are typically final sale and cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged. When you purchase these items, you are accepting the price and quality as they are and agree that returns/refunds/exchange are not possible.
